Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

In Store

We will accept faulty returns up to 30 days from purchase, after this time we do not accept returns.


We accept unwanted goods within 14 days from the date the goods were delivered. You must cover the cost to return the goods to our store. We can offer you a pre-paid returns label however this will be charged at £9.99 and deducted from any refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, or items offered in a sale on a sold as seen basis. Online orders under the value of £42 unless faulty.  If the item is under £42 you are not entitled to return the item if unwanted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


To return an item please visit instore or contact us via email or live chat. Once agreed we will ask you to post the item back or accept the return in store.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, you will be offered a replacement. If this is not possible then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or cash/card if an in store purchase. Online refunds are usually back in your account within 48 hours subject to your own banks methods.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. In store sale items cannot be refunded. Online sale items can be refunded if faulty or not wanted. Unwanted goods must have a value exceeding £42

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you which can be spent in store or online.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver as we can only refund the person who paid for the goods.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please contact for us for a pre-paid Royal Mail shipping returns label (faulty goods only). If the item is not faulty on return we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost of £9.99. A full refund will be issued for faulty items.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
